XLPE insulated power cable is used to transmit power on the power transmission and distribution line of A. C. 50Hz, rated voltage 35kV or lower, and also used for Subway, Power station, Factory and Mine. It can be installed underground, in pipe, in trench or in tunnel.

It has more advantages than PVC insulated cable. XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmental stress resisting anti-chemical corrossion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature which can reach to 90 Deg C.

Using XLPE cable is not only improve the quality and properties of products, but also reduce customer's costs.

4. Characters:
A. Max Long-time operating temperature of XLPE insulated cable is 90 Deg C.
B. Installing temperature of cable should not be less than 0 Deg C
C. Max short-circuit temperature is not exceed 250 Deg C, Not more than5 Sec.
D. Unable be laid without the limit of fall with enough mechanical pull, Single core cable can not be laid in iron tube or fixed by circled iron tools around cables.
