Usage
The copper brush wire is used as flexible jointing wire in electrical machine, electric applince and meter's circuit.

Technique performance
1. Stranding: The twisting direction of the outermost layer of copper electric brush wire is rightward, its adjoining layer'twisting direction should be reverse, the twisting direction of stranded conductor is specified by manufacturer unless the customer has special demand.
2. Elongation percentage: The elong percentage of TS model copper brush wire shoud not be low than 18%, of the TSX model flexible copper brush wire should not be lower than 6%, of TSR model flexible copper brush wire should not be lower than 15%.
