Kevlar Fiber Packing Lubricant With PTFE
STYLE 6500 Aramid fiber braided packing is made of Du Pont's continuous filament Kevlar® Yarn impregnated with PTFE emulsion and processed with lubricant. As the strength and module of Kevlar® is as high as the steel-like strength, compared with other kinds of braided packing. They can resist more server media and higher pressure. It can be installed separately or as end rings with other kinds of packing to combine different characteristics into seal packing ring set.

Application areas:
STYLE 6500 can be used in rotary pump, valves, piston pumps, mixers, reactors, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food, suger, chemical and petrochemical, power stations, steel mills and many area. Also ideal as anti-extrusion rings in combination with softer packing.

Application media:
STYLE 6500 is suitable for most chemicals, water, steam, oils, solvents, abrasive sand, slurry and other gritty media.

Not suitable in:
High concentrated acids, caustics solutions, alkali metals, oxygen.
