Use & care instructions:
Secure machine onto a clean dry sturdy surface such as a counter or table top by pressing down the lever on the suction base.
Trim the meat, remove skin and bons and cut into strips. Install the handle according to diagram.
Place the meat strips intoo the feeder and then turn the handle for mincing.
After each use the mincer should be washed in warm soapy water dried thoronghly.
