CNC, SLA prototype.

Rapid prototyping is eye able and tangibly 3D model which accordant to the shape and size. According the prototype, you can validate the veracity, rationality, aesthetic feeling and the correctness of structure design. Rapid prototyping can useful for checkup and for exhibition etc.

It can offer the sample for making mould so that can shorten period, direct making the mould accurately and fleetly.

Rapid prototyping can be made by SLA and SLS. There two kinds of method are different on material and cost. Clients can choose the best way to make the parts according to the demand of structure and function.

1. SLA: The material is photoconductive resin. It is fit for making small exact parts.

2. CNC: The material is various kinds of metals and plastics, for example: Aluminum, copper, steel, ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, nylon etc.
