Steel tube standard
1. Tube surface with 5-7 um zinc coated, which can keep 72-100 hour salt spray test without red rust.
2. Both ends of tube without rag, corner processing, smooth, absence of distortion.
3. Steel tube is welding tube with annealing treatment before zinc plating.
4. Inside of tube should no rust

PVC package requirement
Steel tube should be covered with PVC after zinc plating, single wall thickness is 0.65+-0.2mm, there is 20-50mm naked tube without PVC after in roll. only with 2 white plastic jacket on both ends.
Test standard
Pressure test: Spot-check at 4%, keep 3 min under 85 MPa.
Bending tube with tools of 25mm radius, bending torsion should no more than 11NM
