1) Mould base plate: P20, all plates will be nickel plated.

2) Core: S136 (Sweden), the HRC is 49-52C.

3) Cavity: S136 (Sweden), the HRC is 45C.

4) Neck part: S136 (Sweden), the HRC is 45-47C.

5) Mini coil heater: Hotset (Germany).

6) Hot runner type: Pneumatic valve gate.

7) Same as HUSKY structure, have cooling system in the neck, slide plate, hot runner plate.

8) Graphite copper plate under slide plate, with better lubricate effect.

9) Germany standard PID temperature controller.

10) Test sample delivery time: 45days.

11) Mould lifetime: At least 3 million shots.
