through technical support from Japan.

Mold production is managed by Japanese staff.
Production can also be carried out in Japan,

and mirror surfaces including high precision plating molds are also supported.

We have the technology to produce specialized molds such as stack molds.    
based on wide ranging mold production experience, we also develop and manufacture weldless molds,

and utilize special materials to carry out plastic manufacturing based on patented production methods.

Our products are of high quality, produced under the administration of our Japanese factory

and inspected based on strict standards.

We can also produce molds for interior components, plating, and lens housing exterior components.

We operate Japanese precision machinery from Makino, including 12 high speed NC machines,

4 EDM machines, and 3 wire cutting machines. This allows for 1,300 ton class mold production.

We have an 850 ton hydraulic molding machine and a 450 ton electric molding machine.

We also offer mass production molding and weldless molding.

Technical education and strict quality management has allowed us

to achieve precise and accurate mold production.

We are able to exactly meet the requirements of our customers.

The final step of the mold management process is point by point inspection followed by shipping.

Our headquarters includes a section responsible for mold development and the improvement of

production technology, to ensure that our mold production keeps abreast of new developments.
