1.Strongly abrasion-resistant super minute-particle composites materials
These composites use micro tungsen particles, making them
more abrasion-resistant than absrasion-resistant .
They also offer a brilliant mirrored surface and strong blade,
making them suitable for use in slitters and knife devices,
as well as in lightweight presses.
2.Absrasion-resistant materials
These composites use minute tungsten particles to deliver abrasion-resistance.
They are also strongly corrosion-resistant, making them suitable for a range of uses.
3.Absrasion- and shock-resistant materials
These composites use medium-sized tungsten particles to deliver
a balanced productoffering abrasion-resistance and shock-resistance.
They are also strongly corrosion-resistant and are widely used in cold-forged metal
casting applications, receiving high praise from that industry.
4.Shock-resistance materials
These composites use coarse-grained tungsten particles to deliver
a product focused on shock-resistance. They are also strongly corrosion-resistant.
These materials are tougher than the RE type, so they are widely used for applications
requiring extreme cold- or warm-forged metal casting.
5.Anti-corrosive and non-magnetic materials
These materials are bonded with nickel, making them much more anti-corrosive
than the other lines. They also are non-magnetic under typical usage environments.
That quality is leveraged in applications like the food and medical industries,
high-pressure pumps, electric-field metal casting, and metal can manufacturing,
receiving high praise from those industries.
