1. Product and mould structure design in 2D and 3D program. If necessary we offers service offers service for innovative product design with support of mould flow program. |
2. Mould project sent for customer confirmation and print 2D tooling and machining artwork detail drawing with acceptable tolerance marked. |
3. Purchasing the material and mould standard components according to the list information in 2D tooling detail drawing. |
4. Steel material tooling and heat treatment according to the listed step on the 2D artwork detail drawing. |
5. Mould assembling and quality inspection according to 2D mould assembling detail drawing. |
6. Mould test and products are sent to customer for /confirm/ied. |
7. Sample sent for customer inspection and get approval for shipment of mould. |
