Procedure:

1.Purchase raw material from factory(BAOSTEEL, MASTEEL, ANSTEEL) according to client's requests

2.Cutting raw material into parts according to the forging ratio

3.Heating the part 1360 degree and monitored by the infrared thermometer

4.Punch the heated part into rough shape

5.Milled by CNC and paint, marking if required, finally checked by QC

6.Pack into seaworthy plywood case
