The open forging mainly contain shaft series, such as the main shaft, transmission shaft, gear shaft, marine shaft, motor shaft, Flange Shaft，support roll, working roll, transfer roll, various columns of hydraulic press, meanwhile,we produce various kinds of ring, bread and hot forging module.
We adopt the advance production process that contains
"high-power electric furnace+ladle furnace(LF)+vacuum degassing(VD)+electroslag remelting+fast forging+annealing( normalizing)+heat-treatment+machining"。
