Functional description:
It is PLC controlled, automated and routinized to match different cleaning procedures for efficient cleaning. This unit is designed for solvent or water cleaning, hot air drying and no-watermark treatment.
It is ideal for removing greases and dirt from hardware, automoive parts and metal parts, and for removing polishing wax from metal parts.
Design philosophy:
Ultrasonic cleaning is the process in which a vibrator(transducer) produces energy waves beyond the human audible band and delivers it to the cleaning liquid. Since acoustic wave is a longitudinal wave, there will be musical effects in the liquid, which result in pressure changes and hence produce tiny vaccuum bubbles(know as”cavitation”) . When the bubbles break, a greater acoustic pressure will result, and this impact will remove dirt from the surface of the cleaned article. This penetrative through fine holes and gaps of the article.
