Application:

Widely applicable for fluids, materials with a certain viscosity and feeding with small particles. For example, grained fruit juice and juice drinks, milk and milk products (including pudding) , sauces with particles (condiments) , soups and so on. Especially after adopting famous deutsche pump, it is very suitable for the high temperature treatment of extra thick tomato paste, which have successfully used in small production line.

It is ideal for universities, colleges and R&D units to obtain experimental data and do small production.


Features:

This equipment completely analog the production situation of industrial sterilizer, which integrate heating, cooling and heat recycling, so it reflect the real production data.

In built hot water boiler system, it is needless to use external steam generators or steam boilers; with compact structure, the external facilities are only tap water and electricity. Upon requirements, we can combine homogenizer and aseptic filler into one mini processing line.

Whole machine made of high-quality INOX, the contact parts with materials by stainless steel #316. The gaskets & seals in tube adopt food-grade fluorous rubber. Tube joints use DIN sanitary ones.
