Steel  alloy Series:

High-quality steel as raw material. This series of ring mold, own to high strength, Surface hardness of up to HRC59-61,Hardened layer depth of 1.2mm,itHas a strong resistance to wear; Hardness is less than HRC3, it’s eliminate the using process of cracking ,block out,, partial wear and so on, greatly improving the life of the ring mold.

Stainless Steel Series:

High-chromium stainless steel raw material.  This series of ring die by the whole vacuum quenching process, Hardness HRC52-54,   Has the high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Particularly suitable for high compression ratio of feed.
