MP Automatic Stretch Blow Moulding Machine for PP Bottles

(1) TAILOR-MADE FOR PP BOTTLE PRODUCTION

The machine model is tailor-made for the PP bottles/jars production in 1 or 2-cavity with production capacity from 300 to 700pcs/h.  Both the preform heating and bottle blowing processes are combined into the same machine unit.  Preform is fed into the machine manually, the preform will be reheated, blown & bottles will be ejected automatically.  Machine could be managed easily by touch screen & PLC.

 (2) SPECIAL HEATING UNIT

The heating tunnel is specially designed for PP preform heating.  It is adjustable to make sure the preform can be reheated thoroughly.  The high penetrating heating lamps with special wave-length are able to deliver a very precise and stable reheating temperature.

(3) MAJOR PARTS & COMPONENTS

The machine is COMPACT in design and SIMPLE for operation.  Major components are made of SIEMENS, FESTO, SMC, BURKERT, etc. while the initial investment is still very low and ECONOMICAL.  The machine can be equipped with automatic bottle ejector to align with conveyor belt for other process.

(4) ENERGY SAVING

The machines are in linear design which makes use of natural air flow in the heating zones thus making optimum use of the preform heating temperature.  This design can help in saving 40% energy wasted by the powerful ventilation fans.

(5) INNOVATIVE DESIGN

WEI LI has introduced the Mechanical Locking & High Pressure Back Up Platen Design to the machines.  The clamping system can stand with blowing air pressure up to 30bars and still deliver bottles with almost seamless parting line.
