Graphite PTFE yarn without oil is recommended for the manufacture of braided packing or other sealing elements, working in highly dynamic conditions, when enhanced elasticity is required i.e. mixers etc. Increased smoothness and rigidity of the shaft extends the lifetime of the packings and improves the sealing.

Application:

The yarns are used for manufacturing of high performance braided packings on diagonal or regular braiding machines.

The packing braided from this yarn have the following features:

-          excellent sealing properties

-          low friction coefficient

-          low contact temperature

-          rapid heat lead-off from the contact surface

-          decrease of the leakage
