Application

PCD cutting tools : PCBN cutting tools are mainly used for processing aluminum and aluminum alloys (various silumin),copper and copper alloy ,Babbit  metal ,wood and various kinds of wood based fiber materials ,aluminum oxide reinforced floor boards various kinds of wear resistant plastics ,Bakelite ,graphite ,stone materials ,tungsten carbide ,hard cartons ,etc .

PCBN cutting tools : PCBN cutting tools are mainly used for processing various kinds of hardened steel ,tool steel ,mould steel ,bearing steel (HRC 45-70), chilled cast iron ,high –chromium cast iron ,nickel-base high temperature alloy ,cobalt-base high temperature alloy(HRC 35-70),gray cast iron and various kinds of other nonferrous difficult to process.
