PTFE Rods' characteristic:
There are two kinds of PTFE rods to offer. One is made by ram extruding method is the diameter from 4~200mm; rods over the diameter 200mm are manufactured by moulding.
Advantages are as the following:
1.Strong chemical-resistant.
2.Acid and alkali resistant.
3.Non-viscous, no aging.
4.Used at the temperature from -1800C to +2600C.
5.Has minimum friction coefficient of all know solid material.
6.All JIS/ASTM standard sizes are available.
7.New molds can be made according to customers’ requirements.
