    Royalwill has its advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system ( software like Pro-E,UG , Solid work, Mold flow ) and great team-workers experienced in mold design, manufacture and company management. And we are also familiar with mold manufacturing standards from Japan, USA, Europe, and so on. With main equipment of vertical, horizontal and Gantry machining center, CNC, EDM, Grinding machine, milling machine etc.

   We Build mold in accordance to USA SPI standard, DME standard, and HASCO standard. Our texture can follow Mold Tec and also can per customer sample. We can supply China mold base ,LKM mold base and DME mold base , we can supply DME hot runner, Syventive hot runner , etc . In addition to using steel P20 from China, we stock steel from Thyssen (Germany) and P20, H13, S7, 420SS from Assab (Sweden), and etc. We choose steel depending on customers' requirements and longevity of moulds. We use standard components from China, DME, and HASCO. Moreover, we use hot-runner molds from YUDO, DME, INCOE and etc.
