Mould making steps is as followings:
1.Negotiation | Quality,material,price,payment,deliverytime,etc. |
2.Order | According customers’ drawing or sample |
3.R&D | According customer’s required design or improve 3D drawing. |
4.Design /confirm/iation | We send 3D drawing to customer to confirm before we make the mould. |
5. mold processing | CNC EDM machine processing then assembly and trial |
6. Sample /confirm/i | We will send trial sample to customers. We will modify the mould until the customer’s satisfied under a dead time line. |
7. Mass production | If customer needs, we can supply. |
8. delivery | Deliver moulds by sea or by air is based on customer’s requirements |
