1) Delivery condition:EAF&ESR, Hot rolled&forging, black surface, machined/milled surface, Annealing, Hardness:HBS=217~269
2) Chemical composition(% for reference only) :

3) Standard size:Block or plate:thickness between 30mm~260mm.
Width:between 50mm~900mm
Rouds and bar:diameter between 80mm~350mm.
4) Specification: processing high harden ablility, it can be hardened complitely when cross section less than 300mm~400mm. It alos sustains good hardness and high wear resistance in 300~400 high toughness, volume change when hardening.
5) Applications:Used for making small impact, high quality wear cold-punching mould, like:stretch form mould, punching mould, fretsaw cutter.
