1. FD, FA, UR materials (strongly abrasion-resistant super minute-particle composites)
These composites use micro tungsen particles, making them more abrasion-resistant than RD types.
They also offer a brilliant mirrored surface and strong blade, making them suitable for use in slitters and knife devices, as well as in lightweight presses.
2. RD materials (absrasion-resistant)
These composites use minute tungsten particles to deliver abrasion-resistance.
They are also strongly corrosion-resistant, making them suitable for a range of uses.
3. RE materials (absrasion- and shock-resistant)
These composites use medium-sized tungsten particles to deliver a balanced product offering abrasion-resistance and shock-resistance.
They are also strongly corrosion-resistant and are widely used in cold-forged metal casting applications, receiving high praise from that industry.
4. RV, RL materials (shock-resistance)
These composites use medium-sized tungsten particles to deliver a balanced product offering abrasion-resistance and shock-resistance.
They are also strongly corrosion-resistant and are widely used in cold-forged metal casting applications, receiving high praise from that industry.
5. NA materials (anti-corrosive and non-magnetic)
These materials are bonded with nickel, making them much more anti-corrosive than the other lines. They also are non-magnetic under typical usage environments.
