The core components of isolator.The material is copper,brass or phosphor bronze.The surface usually is  silver or  gold plated .We are in  stirct requirement of  flatness, burr,dimensional precision(±0.025mm),material thickness,plating and so on.Especially, plating is the most important , we have our plating factory .

           For the etching parts, we can:

1. The defferent raw material :Iron and iron ally(such as spcc,sus) ; copper and coppyer alloy(brass, phosphor bronze,Beryllium Copper,and German silve and so on ); Aluminium.

2. Parts thickness: 0.03mm - 2.0mm(common range);

3. Product size: 1* 1mm - 500* 500mm;

4. The smallest through hole:  Ø 0.05mm(when the thickness is 0.05);

5. The smallest line width: 0.05mm(when the thickness is 0.05);

6. Part precision: ± 0.02mm (according to the thickness of  material), It's about 18%T.

7. No burrs;

8. half etching;

9. Surface treatment in our factory(such as Au,Ag,Cu,Sn,Ni plating);

10. No fixing point if requested ;

11. Production capacity: 3500 square meters / month.
