    Insulating flange is one of the main products we produce for oil, chemical industry for many years. Our flanges are simple in structure, stable in function, and now are popular with our customers. They have a fixed series, but, if you have special demand, you can customize the type you need.

Application 

    Insulating flange is mainly used in protection and connection of the buried pipelines for oil, water, air etc.

Structure

     Insulating flange consists in a pair of steel flanges, insulating seal element, fastening parts, insulating parts of the fastening parts, short steel pipes.

     Flanges are divided into 2 kinds according to their sealing insulating parts: 1 sealing insulating flanges of specific pressure 2 sealing insulating flanges of auto-frettage

Parameters

1. suitable temperature: ≤ 100 °C

2. suitable pressure range: Pn0.6MPa~Pn16MPa

3. suitable condition for the fommer one: Pn  ≤ 2.5MPa
