SJ series of single-screw extruder can apply to produce such products with thermoplasticity as pipes of PP, PE, PS, ABS, PMMA, PVC, as well as plates, sheets, rods, profiles and plastic pellets. According to different raw materials and product specifications, screws with different ratios of length diameter and compression, barrels of different structures and proper driving devices are adopted so as to make products with high quality.
Features:

2. The screw has been designed with reasonable geometric parameter. Corresponding to different raw materials and products, screws with different ratios of length diameter and structures are selected to meet different request of clients.
3. In accordance with different requirements of raw materials, the heating section
of material barrel has two structures i.e. slot section and smooth section.
4. Both screw and barrel are made of alloy steel with excellent properties, which
have advantages of abrasion resistant, anti-corrosion and high strength.
5. The whole set is of reasonable and standard structure, which ensures
convenient operation and easy maintenance. |

SJSZ series of conical double-screw extruder is specializing in extruding pipes using various kinds of PVC powder. When equipped with different moulds and auxiliary machines, such products as any PVC pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, rods and pellets can be produced.
Features:
1. The screw barrel adopts special designed wind cooling system, which makes repair quite easy.
2. According to different material mixing requirements of clients, screws of reasonable structure can be equipped with to make sure desirable plasticization and quality of flowing substance.
3. The centers of driving motor, reduction box and screw are assembled in a line, which ensures easy maintenance.
4. The specially designed distributing box has extra-sized thrust bearings with long rotation lifespan. They are originally imported and can bear more powerful extruding pressure.
5. Equipped with forced feeding device, the extruder ensures consistent speed of material discharging and extruding. |
