The shaft produced on our Escomatic machine does not have burrs at all. 

Because the counter collet in front of guide bush clamps the parts during the cutoff 

operation. Our Escomatic machine can not only machine the parts without burrs 

but also manufacturer the shaft with different types of chamfer and radius on both ends.

 We are producing very simple and small pin ( diameter 0.45 length 1.35) used in H.D.D. 

industry as well as complicated  pins used in the defense and electrical industry.
