U Model Double Girder Gantry Crane

U Model Double Girder Gantry Crane is available for general service, such as loading, unloading, lifting and transferring work in ports, mines, warehouse, docks and outdoor yards of the factory or on railways, also works as container crane matching special hang parts. The capacity is from 10 to 50 tons, span is from 18 to 32 m, the working class is medium & heavy grade.
This crane adopts U type door frame, it consists of main parts, namely, the bridge structure, the traveling mechanism, the cart and the electric equipment. The bridge is welded structure of box-type; individual drives are adopted for traveling mechanism on each end of the crane. All movements of the crane are controlled in the cabin. Either rigid shapes of steel (angles or tees) or flexible insulated cable shall be selected to be utilized as runway conductors and proposed in the order by the purchaser. Max. and min. value of environment temperature , the sort of power supply , the voltage and other data shall be proposed by user when filling the order form.

Technical characteristics                             

The limiting size is the lowest between the top of crab and the track of trolley; that is to say, it reduces 20%-30%compared with traditional products, which can reduce the capital of workshop 20%efficiently.It has hard-tooth reducer, imported wire-rope, and trinity drive. It is equipped with such protecting devices as alarm device to overloading, obliquely hanging, second protecting equipment preventing hook clashing the top, protecting the current lacking of any phrase etc.

Crane girder:

The crane girder is of welded girder construction. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and small wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway!
