The line is applied to forming set of side panel. It mainly consists of loading station, punching station, 180º overturning station, rolling station, cutting station, bending station, 90º bending station, flanging station, unloading station, pneumatic unit, hydraulic unit, electric control unit, etc. Except the double panels (right+left) production, this line is compatible for single panel.

Working procedure: loading automatically, punching, sheet turning, rolling, foamig, cutting, stage foaming, end-bending, unloading and so on.
