1400 UST Aluminium Alloy Profile Extrusion Press (with a text display device)
This aluminum extrusion machine is four columns horizontal type hydraulic press. It is applied in the hydraulic equipment of professional civil aluminum profile extrusion and industrial aluminum alloy profile extrusion.
The main feature of ZJ serial aluminum extrusion press is firm over structure, high automatic level, stable performance, simple oil circuit, fast speed, four cylinders for locking the extrusion die and easy operation.
The whole set adopts the high quality and thick steel material; the control unit PLC uses Mitsubishi of Japan; the electrical control elements are well known brand of Schneider. The high pressure vale imported form DUPLOMATIC of Italy brand; other elements adopt Jeou gang of Taiwan brand. The seal components are famous imported brand of Valqua; the oil supply pump in the hydraulic system adopts Guizhou LIhao brand of A7V170 with zero flow control function.
