2.Charateristics of Hot Work Tool Steel:
a. Hot work steel with dry hardening,have upper hot intensity and rigidity, under middle pemperature,
b. Have good tenacity
c. Hot tirdness nature and definite wearable empty quench under lower Ao shi ti temperature condition, small distortion after heat treatment and so on.
d .Good toughness by ESR treatment
e. Good resistance to high temperature with excellent cutting and polishing nature to ensure its long usage
f. Wearing resistance in mesothermal conditions
g. Resistance for erosive attack
3.Application of Hot Work Tool Steel: hot squeezing mould, forging mould and embedded lump,, casting mould for aluminum, magnesium and copper, alloy and so on.
