Properties and advantages: the HDPE/MDPE water supply and gas supply pipe production line developed by our company has unique structure, features high automation, easy to operate, continuous and stable production. The pipes produced by this production line has the advantages of suitable tenacity and strength, very good flexibility, creep resistance, environmental stress crack resistance and excellent hot-melt welding property; the pipe is a perfect choice for the city gas supply and outdoor water supply.
Production Line Consists: the production line consists of electrical control system, extruder, and die head; calibrating and cooling system, haul-off, planetary cutting device and stacker. There are two extruders equipped to each production line, one extruder is of forced conveying device and high efficiency screw, the other is a smaller extruder used for mark line.
Mould and auxiliary machines: the die head is the newly designed basket style or spiral style distribution composite type, features easy operation, stable extrusion. The calibrating sleeve adopts special designed cooling mode, ensures a high precision of foamed. The control system consists of advanced PLC and large colorful liquid screen, has the advantages of perfect alarming system, nice Chinese and English interface, convenient to operate.
