Continuous casting machine crystallizer is one of the core equipment, directly related to the quality of continuous casting billet. Mold oscillation frequency is required to be accurate, and able to automaticly adjust according to the casting speed .When the vibration frequency is high,  a motor load rate, slip increases, leading to vibration frequency decreased, and in order to guarantee the accurate vibration frequency, need to open the inverter slip compensation control.As the load increases, it will automatically increase the output frequency to meet the required speed in no case reducing motor slip, compensation is proportional to the load increased, and make a diffrience in the whole speed range of the role
