The matieral is HT250, The BHN hardness of the whole Rotor is limited in 190 to 210 and the pearlitic cast iron is more than 95% in it. The A-type graphite length is under 7mm in 100 times microscope. the qualified products are more than 85% because of less v porosity and inclusion blows in them.
