Pre-heat treatment
Annealing after forging:heat to 850-870°c,keep temperature 4-5H,furnace cool below 500°c,out and air cold,hadness≤229HBS
Normal annealing after forging:heat to 830-850°c,keep termperature2-3H,furnace cold to 720-740°c,keep temperature 3-4H,furnace cold below 550°c,out and air cold ,hardness≤269HBS
