4. DME or Japan Daido standard mold components.

5. Hot runner system: Yudo,DME,Thermoplay or other brand as specified by the customer.

6. Construction: SPI Class 102 or better

7. Finish: SPI D1 or better

8. Ejection: Ejector pin,ejector sleeve,hydraulic pull,air poppet,motor unscrewing or as suggested by the customer. 9. Fully auto run.

10. Develop the 3D model per the customer's request and design the 3D and 2D mold drawings.

11. CAD/CAM software: ProE,UG,SolidWorks,MasterCAM,PowerMill,AutoCAD

12. Mold life: not less than 1,000,000 shots
