I. Application:
PP-R drinking water pipe system is new-style product, which is commonly used in developed countries; it adopts homogeneous welding technology in cold and hot delivery system. Its overall technical performance and economic indicators are far better than other similar products; especially its remarkable health performance, it can achieve very high health and environmental requirements in the whole process from production to recycling. Products have the advantage of heat resistance, pressure resistance, warm keeping and energy saving, long service lifetime and economic.

Raw Material →Color Masterbatch →Mixing →Vacuum Feeding →Materials Drying →Single-screw Extruder →Line Labeling Machine→ Mould →Calibration Die →Vacuum Calibration Tank →Water Cooling Tank →Printer →Traction Machine →Cutting Machine →Pipe Shelf→ Finished Product Testing.
III. Characteristics
1. Adopting the specialized high efficient extruder for glass fiber reinforced plastics; it ensures high speed extrusion and long service life for extruder.
2. Special design of adjusted co-die head ensures even thickness of three layers.
3. In comparison with common PP-R pipe, the products has features of high compressive strength, no-deformation under high temperature, no-bending and extreme small longitudinal shrinkage rate, completely solving the serious defects of deformation of PP-R pipe after transmitting hot water.
4. The whole production line adopts the imported new control system of PLC programmable computer, guaranteed highly and steadily reliable controls of the production line.
