1 Customer Inquiry | Customers provide 3D drawings or samples for inquiry; we analyze and send the quotations within three days. |
2. Customer order | After quotation is /confirm/ied, customer places an order. |
3. Mold layout /confirm/iation | According to customer’s requirement, engineers give expert suggestion and mold layout for /confirm/iation. |
4. Mold production | After mold layout is /confirm/ied, we begin the mold manufacture per customer’s request. |
5. Mold Trial | If the first sample does not satisfy customer, mould would be modified until customer say okay. |
6. Quality Control | Be strict to the manufacturing progress and send the test report to customer. |
7. Delivery | Ship out the goods. |
