   The accumulator head is nitrided 38CrMoAlA. The hardness can reach to the standard. 

The equipment in the die head can eliminate the commissure, promoting the capacity of anti falling.

    The sealing elements of the oil cylinder are German, making sure the long life of the machine and the steady.

The thickness controlling is MOOG brand. flexible and can reach to 100 points control.

3. The moulds' closing system

   The weight of each template is 2.5 M.T. The material of them is 45# steel. 

   Two draw bars, single oil cylinder and hydraulic driving closing moulds.

   Synchronous equipment is also applied. Straight track orientation is accurate.

4. The electric controlling system

   The MITSUBISHI PLC is applied. So the operation of the machine is realized in the touch-screen. 

The over-heating, the over-loaded and the alert functions can all be presented on the touch-screen. Different programs can be memorized. So the next time producing the same product, 

just pick out the program.
