Multi-layer Co-extrusion Film Extruder
1.Usage:This machine consists of several driving motors,several cylinders and a rotary die-head.It can extrude plastic film by plasticating several different aggregates.Thus,the rigidity and uniformity of plastic film are improved.
2.Both screw and cylinder are made from 38CRMOAL.Treated with nitridation,they have high hardness and strong corrosion resistance.
3.The rotary die-head is plated with hard chrome and well polished. With the helical-core struture,it extrudes the fused material so evenly that the smoothness of film is good.
4.The labyrinth air-cooling set and circulating cooling water system lead to the best transparency of film.
5. The take-up equipment adopts friction or center winder. Driven by torque motor, it has strengths of smooth winding and easy operation.
