1, The first stage is SHJ twin-stage extruder without die. Through the combination of barrel and screw,the extruder can exert its strong ability to make the thermo sensibility material like PVC melting ,compounding ,dispersing and decentralizing under the condition of no back pressure.

2, The second stage is single screw extruder. Because of the lower rotating speed,it can complete melting ,compounding lengthways and forming strands steadily, avoiding over heating.

3, It has been widely applied to various thermo sensibility material series and great capability dehydration and volatilization work, such as PVC,XLPE,Zero halogen cable ,shield material,high concentration carbon black masterbatch, after treatment of rubber dehydrating and so on.
