We couldn’t get the good result by determining machining conditions, so we developed the cutting tools by ourselves. Moreover we stuck the cutting fluid, the NC machine’s filters, and the way to pour the fluid over the iron. In consequence, even though grooving tends to introduce the tools breakage and scraps adhesion, our technology made it possible to machining with the great surface roughness.

These days we are reducing overall costs, including machining time and the number of tools, by improving on the machining operations, conditions, and program.
