?The machine consists of frame, extruder, co-extrude die head, moulding machine, blow unit, mechanical hand, safe guards, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automatic loading machine mainly. It is suitable for producing double-layer compound blow containers made of heavy molecular weight PE.

?.Extruder:
Screw: high-grade nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA is selected as the material of the screw. Through surface nitriding treatment, the thickness of nitrided layer is more than or equal to 0.4MM, and its hardness is HV900.
Cylinder: high-grade nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA is selected as the material of the cylinder. Through inner surface nitriding treatment, its hardness is more than or equal to 900 (HV≥900).
1. Screw diameter for outer-layer: φ75, screw length to diameter ratio (L/D) =28/1.
Driving type: driven by Z4 motor, controllable silicon for stepless regulating speed.
Driving power: 55KW
Screw speed: 0-80r/min
Plasticizing capacity: ≥120Kg/h (HMWPE particle)
Temperature control: imported automatic temperature controller is employed.
Heating method: cast aluminium heating ring plus thermal insulation material and stainless steel cover are employed.
Heating zone: 4 zones
Cooling method: wind cooling for cylinder.
Hopper base: cooling with circular water.
