LUC & LUCA pushcart filter series are a special filtration device. They are not only for filtering the oil flow to a tank, but also for filtering the oil in hydraulic system. These kinds of filters have good structure, which is easy to use and with long service life. They also have high filtration low noise. You can choose different filter element from 3um to 30um filtration precision as your requirement. They are also be used by a by-pass filter outside the hydraulic system.

Usage & Maintenance

1. Start the pump in right direction of rotation.

2. Discharge valve should be opened in time to release the air until oil can be seen at the outlet, then close it.

3. The filter element should be clean regularly.

4. Dirt might stick the element, which causes pressure rise in the filter. When pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the element should be changed in time.
