Oil-free compressor sealing components are the compressor piston rings, the general term of the filler, belong to the vulnerable parts. Compressor sealing piston oil-free compressors and key components are directly related to the displacement compressors, power, and reliability (tightness). The piston ring (see picture) is one of the key parts in the piston compressor, throttling and blocking the principle of gas seal. The guide rings, piston part weight and other causes of lateral force to bear to ensure the linearity of the piston movement to improve the sealing effect, while protecting the cylinder wall piston galling. Filler to prevent the seal gas leaks out from the shaft. The following figure shows the distribution map of various sealing elements within a typical oil-free compressor cylinder.
