AFTER ICPO WITH THE AUTHORIZATIONS OF THE '' SOFT PROBE ''

Procedure in simple lines

1) The Buyer's send ICPO + Bank Statement for the procedure , not ( BCL )

2) The Seller's will send directly final SPA ( Final Contract ) or FCO.

3) The buyer's will return the SPA with duly signed & sealed and then within 2 weeks they must send Swift MT 799 to proof there ( POF + LPG ) both as per our formats.

4) The seller's respond with particle POP + 2% PBG ( in between 14 to 30 working days ) as well for the buyer's comfort & security in upfront , we

already sent you details email about our PBG( Performance Guarantee ) at first.

5) Then the buyer's provide 1 month value Collateral Guarantee by using Swift MT 760 in the form of BG or SBLC or even LPG is also now possible by Swift MT 760.

6) The seller's turn Operative mode of PBG + final POP confirmation and also start the first shipment and delivery will be done in 30 to 45 days.

7) When the product is arrived & discharged at buyer's port and then uponthe receipt of final SGS report in front of the buyer's and with fully satisfactory they will release us / seller's the payment by TT or RDLC or DLC ( Buyer's Choice ).
