Jade Classic Series of Patch Fittings include fitting for glass door and fixed glass panel installation of Various designs as well as patch locks.
Suitable Glass Thickness: 8-12mm
The Body of the fittings are strenghtened. The fittings are supplied with decorative Covers of various finishes made of Thickened Stainless Steel or Aluminum.

Standard Finishes: PSS, SSS and TI for Stainless Steel Cover
GP, SA, PA, BA for Aluminum Cover.

Standard Scope of supply Includes: Alan Key, Gaskets for 12mm thick glass

J-100: Bottom Patch for use with floor hinges or free swing floor pivots.

J-100B: With insert of square hole to fit square head of floor hinges or pivots.

J-100D: With insert of rectangular hole to fit rectangular head of floor hinges of pivots.
Pivot point distance is 55m or 65mm measured from side panel or door frame. Inserts for other style of floor hinge spindles are available on request.

J-200: Top Patch for use with top pivots J-201or Pivot fittings J-300. J-300B, J-400, J-410, J-420.
Plastic Bushing, Needle Bronze bushing are available to fit in the insert of J-200 Top Patch. Srandard Supply is with Plastic Bushing.
Body Material: Zinc Alloy.

J-300: Over Panel Pivot Patch, without wall fixing plate to use with J-200 Top Patch

J-400: L shape Pivot Patch
To connect Over Panel and Side Panel, use with J-200 Top Patch

J-410 L Shape Pivot Patch with Fin
J-410L With left sifd Fin
J-410R With right side Fin.
To Connect Over Panel and Side Panel with a support fin panel use with J-200 Top Patch

J-420: Double Pivot Over Panel Patch with Fin, To mount on over panels with supporting fins in the middle, to use with J-200 and for two back to back door.

J-800: Conrer Lock with Rectanfular Pin Mount on the top corner or bottom corner doors. Use with a strike plate or strike box.
