With developing of great modernizing power grid, large pump storage power (PSP) and Gas turbine power play the important role of peak load shifting of the Electrical Power Network due to they are fast respond, high availability, high reliability.The key technique is start-up for Synchronous Motor/Generator of PSP and Generator of gas turbine unit (GT).

High power static frequency converter (SFC) is necessary equipment to start-up large PSP or GT.We DEC began to manufacture SFC of GT from 2003.The mode of manufacture adopts co-operating with famous company (TIMEC and ABB) and import component assembly.Until now we have delivered 13 units SFC of GT (400MW per unit) for GUANGDONG and FUJIAN user.
