With the screwdriver inserted in the anchor, push the point of the anchor into the base material to get it started.

Screw the anchor into the base material, turning clockwise.
Hold the fixture in place and install the screw (screw is not needed when the fixture hole accepts the Sure Wall anchor)

Sure Wall anchors are self-drilling anchors for use in softer substrates like drywall, plasterboard. The point cuts a hole through the base material, eliminating break-out on the backside of softer base materials. The standard Sure Wall can be used as a fastener in fixtures with sufficiently large holes or a screw can be driven into the anchor body for smaller fixture holes or picture-hanging wire. The Sure Wall Toggle expands behind the base material for greater load capacity.
