S9-M-30-2500kVA three-phase oil immersed all-sealed power transformer is suitable for distribution system with 10KV, 50Hz. It applies to resident area, emporia, industrial and mine enterprise, rural power and illumination.

1. Energy saving
No-load loss falls by 5%-25% than the current national standard GB/T6451 and falls by 10.25% on average. No-load current falls 37.9%, operating cost falls by 18.9% on average.

2. Long service life
Transformer tank uses all-sealed structure, tank and tank cover can be connected and closed by bolts. Transformer oil doesn't expose the air to prolong service life.

3. High operation reliability
Related parts of sealing oil tank had been improved that could increase reliability and enhance technological level to guarantee the sealing reliability.

4. Less ground demand
S9-M transformer tank uses ripple typing radiator. Ripples for thermal expansion and contracting instead of oil conservator, when oil temperature changes. Besides, ripple typing tank demands less ground and has nice appearance.

11. Core: The core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled oriented silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity. 45° Mitring and 5-steps overlapping structure is adopted for the core design, thus to greatly reduce no-load loss and no-load current.
12. HV winding: HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper wire, reinforced with glass fiber and being casted with epoxy resin at vacuum state with pressure, having the resin fully impregnated into the coils in the most professional imported equipment. Therefore, product's partial discharge is especially low;
13. LV winding: LV winding (with the rated power equal to or higher than 400kVA) is manufactured with high quality foil conductor, resulting in excellent ampere-turn balance, low transverse magnetic flux leakage and higher anti-short circuit capability. By designing reasonable air conduit in the windings to increase the heat-dispersion surface, transformer's temperature rise is effectively controlled and the overload capacity is greatly improved.
